Returns & Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please feel free to contact us at info.sheanature@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if your return is accepted (for items meeting our return criteria), you may receive a store credit, or the item may be exchanged.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
