2. My body butter has hardened. How can I soften it?
You can restore your body butter's softness by:
- Placing it in a steamy bathroom while you shower.
- Leaving it near a radiator to gently melt.
Shea and cocoa butter naturally harden and may have small solid bits, but this is normal. The butter will melt into your skin, leaving it soft and nourished.
3. Are all your products natural and organic?
Yes! We proudly stand by our name. Our ingredients are carefully selected, featuring pure essential oils sourced from local UK markets and suppliers, alongside key ingredients like African Black Soap, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, and African Net Sponges sourced from Ivory Coast.
4. How long do your products last?
We recommend using our products within six months of opening. To maintain freshness, seal lids tightly and store products in a cool, dry place. All items are freshly made to order, ensuring maximum quality and longevity.
5. How should I patch test your products?
To ensure compatibility with your skin:
- Apply a small amount of product using a cotton bud.
- Test behind your ear or in the crease of your arm.
- Wait 24 hours.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.
6. Could I have a reaction to your products?
Although unlikely due to the natural ingredients we use, reactions can vary. Always review our ingredient lists before purchasing.
7. Do you test on animals?
No, we are strictly cruelty-free. Our products contain no animal by-products, parabens, sulfates, artificial colours, or harsh chemicals. Most of our items are vegan-friendly and 100% natural.

Returns Policy
